I've been a patient of Dr. Castellaw for several years. While he seems to be a competent doctor, there is not enough of a personal bond between us to keep me as a patient when I'm not able to call the office and have someone actually answer the call. All I wanted to do was find out the hours of the walk-in clinic. Is that possible with their convoluted phone system? NO. You are only directed to voicemail systems. If I cannot be afforded the privilege of average customer service, they will not be afforded the benefit of my insurance dollars! more
