After reading serveral other comments my heart literally sank. I made the unfortunate mistake in giving this guy a deposit back in April 2011 to have my driveway widened. ($700 deposit to be exact) After he never showed up when promised, I began calling him- which he did return my phone calls and feed me lie, after lie, after lie.\r
finally, come mid July, I called Frank and explained to him that I wanted my deposit back- which he agreed to.... It is now September 8th, 2011 and still no check. I did a little research and indeed, this scum bag did file for bankrupty in May 2011- and I confirmed by calling his lawyer John Attiani @ (215)663-9016. As of 3 hours ago when I spoke to Mr. Summerill, ""my return check was in the mail"". Hahahaha! what a joke! This man is a coward- and wasn't even man enough to tell me that his business went under!\r
Long story short, if your looking to throw money away (but at least get a good BS story out of the deal), then call this meat head- he'll screw you over.
