This horrible place has ruined my clothes for the last time. I stupidly go there because it is convenient but I can't overlook the awful service and the terrible attitude towards customers any more. I have watched the woman there argue with other customers about ruining their clothes and felt uncomfortable, but I kept going back because there aren't a lot of cleaners in the area. They destroyed all the pearl buttons on a silk shirt because they did not cover them up, then sullenly replaced them with cheap, ugly buttons. My husband regularly complains about the shirts he gets laundered there. Today they completely changed the color of a sweater and did not even offer to comp the cleaning of it. The woman at the counter said that the other sweater wasn't ruined so it clearly wasn't their fault. They have terrible service. I am going to suck it up and pay more at the eco dry cleaner down the street, which I should have done a long time ago.
