I left for Labor Day weekend and returned to find my car towed. The temporary tag had fallen off from the back window and the tags appeared to be one day past due. So the lease management people contacted Discount/Unlimited towing and I had to pay a 250 dollar fee to retrieve my car. They made no effort to find out if I was actually in violation, but instead and perhaps in collusion with the towing company to make a quick buck had my vehicle towed on a holiday weekend. As it was Labor Day when I tried to contact them I got an answering service who said they could only email one of the lease team members and they would contact me back; they did not. Once I was finally available to speak with them the day after they were rude and uncooperative. Overall the rest of the apartment is in disrepair as it isn't an updated unit and they don't put much of a priority on fixing what they will ultimately update once I move out- which will be at the end of this month.
