All about sales, not service. The installer said someone would be out to go over the instructions. Never happened. I contacted the company; they said the installer was supposed to go over the equipment. No invoice, no warranty, no followup after the $1,000 sale. Contacted owner who raved about his Internet salesman - that's the guy who dropped the ball. Owner pulled the old, ""What do you want me to do about it?"" How about some complimentary salt for the substandard service? Shame on this company.
