Stephanie was my consultant and she offered customer service that was second to none. She is truly a professional consultant.
The building looked a little dingy Chicago-esque but do not be put off. Once you walk inside the store is bright, clean and beautiful. They have a great selection of gowns <$1000 and the sample dresses are in great condition. They also carry couture gowns.
This was the first bridal salon I visited so I was not prepared to buy that day but much to my surprise, I did find ""MYdress."" THEY DO CARRY the Casablanca Couture line, which if you've been looking for it you know it's difficult to find.
They were offering a special in August 2011 that included alterations in the purchase price of the dress. Prices standard pricing. Not over or under priced.
The only reason why I did not buy from there is because I live in Chicago. I'm strongly considering flying back to buy from New York Lace because A) There is an extremely limited amount of Casablanca authorized retailers in Chicagoland that can sell the Couture line B) of the excellent shopping experience makes me want to come back.
