I have been a patient at this clinic for about 5 years paying cash in full at the time of service. The last visit I used my new dental insurance requesting Serenity Dental to verify all the services/procedures to be conducted prior to being seen as covered 100% with my insurance. I signed a detailed treatment plan with each procedure stating it was covered 100% per their insurance verification. Come to find out, the clinic did a generic verification and assumed coverage, then stuck me with the bill. They have refused to work with me. The owner hung up on me no less than 5 times (and I was calmly asking her to listen to my end of the story when she continued to speak over me). The same clinic owner refused my right to speak to the doctor several times stating ""He will not speak to you"". They submitted by balance to a collection agency and have reported my credit. If you chose to go (which I have no complaints with the doctor's care) be SURE to have EACH dental code verified each visit.
