DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! They ripped my daughter off...sold her a vehicle, didn't deliver it to her for two days, then when they came to deliver her the car she purchased, they brought the wrong one! John then told her that he discovered a leak in the radiator of the car she bought-but didn't tell her until he delivered the WRONG one, and said they were fixing hers and would ""make it right"". Then, John kept telling her that he was 'on his way' with her car but wouldn't answer the phone...When they did bring it down it was some girl named ""Dominique"" and she didn't show up until after 10:00 PM 3 days AFTER they were supposed to deliver it. John/Performance put almost 1000 miles on the vehicle since she bought it! When they delivered it, it wouldn't run and broke down on them within 24 hours. She had a warranty and John said they would ""make it right"" and was sending a tow truck...it never arrived and John wouldn't call back, kept hanging up on us and finally said they'd take it back and when it broke down on the way to Kent, John again said he was sending his tow truck for it but for us to just come up and pick out a new car, which we did. Performance signed the contract and agreed (via contract) to purchase back the original vehicle but they have since REFUSED TO ABIDE BY THE CONTRACT AND ARE REFUSING TO PAY OFF THE CAR THAT WAS TRADED IN! Kent Performance Autosports left the car on the side of the road until it got impounded and now they want my daughter to pay for that...it was THREE days AFTER it was traded in! Per the contract, it was legally in their possession at that time. They are REFUSING to pay their end of the contract and John, again, keeps hanging up and refusing to answer his phone. Also, my daughter found out that the Jeep she ended up with was wrecked in the front and has already put over $400 into fixing it; this was NEVER disclosed by the dealer. They need to honor their contract and pay for the trade-in; they bought it AS IS and they knew it was broken down. Now, my daughter has to pay two loans on the car because these guys got checks for both the original Jeep they bought and the one they traded it in for...and John with Performance will not make good on his word.
