I called at 8:30 am to request a ride at 11:30. No ride at 11:30. I called. Dispatch said another 10 minutes or so. Delayed in traffic. The cab did not show up untill 11:55 more or less. Needless to say, I was late. I called to find out what happened. Henry said it was all his fault because he's new and failed to write my phone number legibly so he was unable to call me back. He was very apologetic, but unable to suggest any incentive for me to try using Yellow again. Maybe if I ever do use them again .. no, that's not very likely. I will just ask next person to repeat my number back to me after I give it.
