I have had my boat serviced by these people on several occasions. Service was good in the beginning. Then, they (Bob) started to overcharge and not complete services paid for. When confronted, he excused them as mistakes! Integrity and service poor! As a result, I have not returned to Emarald City. I have shared my experience with fellow boaters.
