I had a forest green fiberglass shower that was damaged during a major plumbing repair job that required removing the tub/shower. Paul's office took the description of the damage and Paul called the next morning with the estimate. We arranged a date and time and he arrived promptly for the repair. With a special light, he showed me that the 2 chips were actually surrounded by a 6"" circle of microcracks. It increased the cost, but he managed to match the difficult green color almost perfectly. He repaired a few other small scratches as planned, but the big surprise was he repaired chips where the tub meets the floor, which were not in the original estimate. We had planned to use molding to hide the imperfections, but now we don't have to. He was courteous, prompt, answered all our questions, and did extra work. Mainly, he saved us the expense of replacing the tub/shower.
