Onehop evidently bought out ISP01,net and sent me an email that the email service was up and running using my old password. \r
1) It does not work and I cannot get at my email!\r
2) They advise to use my old userid@isp01,net, but change it to userid@onehop,com. I DO NOT WANT A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS. I want my old one back as people all over the world have my old address in their address books.\r
3) The website at onehop,com links to other webpages, but I get mostly ""not found"" errors.\r
If these problems are not fixed within a week I will go elsewhere. Plus I pay $29/month just to keep my old userid@isp01,net and DSL. If I wanted to change to a new service I could buy $19 or less!\r

Thus far I am far less than disappointed. If the problems are not corrected by 15 September 2011, I will do what I do with any substandard enployee. Fire them!\r
