Pope Management seems to have read previous reviews complaining about refunding deposits, because now they are favoring the tenants over the owners when it is the owners paying Pope for their services. Pope has fought us, the owners, when we have been more than fair on allocating costs for cleaning and damages caused by the tenants. We shared costs 50-50, but Pope actually suggested to the tenants they seek redress in the courts to recover less than $500.
