Several avid cyclists recommended Full Cycle, and I have been using somewhat regularly for awhile until they moved south to their new location. I needed a full service so returned to them. To their credit they discovered problems with my rear wheel, and contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. Against the odds, and with better results than my attempts, they were succsssful.
