Not good at all! Eric is a young kid and not professional. Half my pictures were blurry & not centered, one was vertical when I asked for horizontal. He told me first that I could pay for the photos that I liked & return the ones that I didn't want & he would do a partial refund, but when I returned the photos he said no that I would have to return them ALL. The one I wanted to keep was of my entire family so it was a great effort to get all my family together. He was very rude & mean on the phone. He has no customer service skills. Run from this place!!!
