My air conditioning was not working and I called my home warranty company to get this serviced. In Santa Clarita the average temp. is above 90 degrees daily and not having an airconditioner is very difficult to live with. My home warranty company set up an appointment for Custom Climate Control to call me an service my problem. They never called me and I had to call them to set up something up. The email from my home warranty said they should call me in 24 hours I had to call them after waiting 4 days .They are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever met. Lorrie is nasty and does not even understand the concept of customer service. They made me wait 5 days for service and gave me a window of 11AM-2 PM on Saturday. They never showed up, never called and when I called Laurie she did not even care what I had to say. She said she called Dennis but did not hear back from him and that was the best she could say. They never called me back never showed up what a HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. If anyone uses this company you are crazy, they ARE HORRIBLE and I am writing a letter to my home warranty company to make sure they remove them as a vendor. Dennis and Laurie you are 2 of the most ignorant business people I have ever come in contact with and it is a shame that a company so unprofessional is in business.
