I ordered a replacement mirror glass for a customers car. It arrived broken. It was packaged terribly ( wrapped in some newspaper). Immediatly upon recieving it I called Hometown glass and no one answered. Since then ( its been 2 weeks now) I have called repeatedly and sent several emails since they say thats the best way to contact them. No one has answered my calls or emails. I got stuck with buying a broken mirror and they do not seem to care since they have already charged my credit card. Do not order form these people they do not have any customer service. Very, very, bad experience. more
