I took my dog into Petsmart over the weekend since my vet was closed and she needed attention for her cough. Dr. Merckle saw her but was very rude and not sympathetic towards our health needs. She not only prescribed the medication I told her worked the last time the dog had the cough but she proceeded to tell me my dog is ""fat"" and suggested additional medication that was not pertaining to the visit. She didn't make me feel glad I took the ride out to Brandon nor did she show real concern and compassion towards my dog. \r

I would not consider Petsmart Brandon again.
