I used Justin to pour my stairs and the job remains unfinished after 1 month. He poured the project but needed to come back to grind in the overhang. It's been over 2 weeks since I've even heard from him and phone goes directly to voicemail. The work he did was good until he left the rest unfinished. If he finishes up the work my rating would change significantly. An important note is I paid him in full after the stairs were poured assuming he would come back the next few days to finish up (as promised). I'll never pay a contractor in full again until after EVERYTHING is finished.
