Both of my USB ports on my brand new PC were not working, as u can imagine I was upset. I called up Geek Choice and they came and told me that it is very common for certain manufacturers to not connect the front USB ports on new computers, they fixed it in 15 minutes and I was good to go. I was mad at HP for not doing their job right, but happy Geek Choice had the solution.
