Unfortunately I have to say that Walker Methodist is not the place to take your beloved elder. The physical plant is nice, even elegant, but there is not enough staff to adequately care for residents and the infrastructure is falling apart. There was water leaking from the ceiling on one floor. Water was leaking in the bathroom and did not get fixed promptly. The management should know that the people who have relatives there notice all of this and are not fooled by the PR.
