I would have rated them lower than a one star if the system would have allowed me. If you looked at the old managements page on City Search you will see that I am not the only disgruntled resident. The old owners were helpful and polite. The new owners are just down right rude. They will criticize you and charge you outrageous prices and fees for literally no benefits whatsoever. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment not to do so here. I have never been the type to write such a review, however, after recent events I believe everyone who researches this place in entitled to know the true nature of what you will be moving in to. They are not friendly, they will do anything to get money out of you and then they will abuse the power over you once you have signed a lease. You will literally be stuck somewhere you hate with no hope of getting out and you aren't even free of them after your lease ends either. They still find ways to charge you outrageous fees. The old owners and workers were nice friendly people who actually cared about getting to know their residents and the new owners made sure to weed those people. What does it say about new management when no one wants to stay with the company. They would rather be unemployed than deal with the new management and I would have rather been homeless than deal with them too.
