If you want to cancel, they will make sure you go there 3-4 times just to cancel. They have a billing person available to signup but can not cancel and need Management approval to cancel. Cancellation Appointments are rescheduled 2-3 times.
Then they force you to send a certified letter, I asked them that i can write you a letter and hand deliver it, because by the time certified letter reaches you it will be next month and you will charge me for next month, but NO, you have to send a certified letter, and then they keep on charging until you call them 5 times.
