For my first visit to Zaxbys I spent nearly $50 for my first order. When I arrived home I realized I was missing a sandwich from my order, when I called the management I was argued with that they had in fact given me the item in question. When I returned to the store, I was given the sandwich after being accused of lieing to them. The management at this Zaxbys is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. He needs to learn to listen to his customers instead of trying to bully them.
