I agree with the unexperienced stylist comments, this salon has absolutely no courtesy or good standard of ethics towards their clients. Your stylist could literally could ruin your hair, and the owner John would agree with his stylist, you get no satisfaction whatsoever. His lack of professionalism is carried over to his stylist. This is my opinion, you pay dearly $$$$ for his unexperienced stylist to become experienced at your expense. The positive comments that you read have to be written by John himself or their workers. This salon has a lot to be desired for satisfaction for hair design, coloring, and cutting.
