I was using them to look at a refrigerator for one of my rental properties. I made an appointment and gave their number to my tenant to call them in case something changed. I also gave the tenant's number to them in case they had to change the appointment as well. Both parties knew how to get a hold of each other and they knew that they may be getting a call from one another.
When L&G did not arrive at the allotted time my tenant called them. Instead of getting a straight forward, we are late and will arrive at a certain time, he was rudely talked to and said that he was not the owner of the property! I had to call them to figure out why they treated my tenant this way. Up to this point I had no problem with them.
The tech did arrive, though a little late and was very courteous and nice.
