This experience was unbelievable. He came and picked up my antique furniture and paid him half labor up front. He promised it back in 3 weeks. 6 weeks later, many phone calls dodged, and no answers. We finally found our sofa and rescued it and it was never even touched and the craftsman shop (third party) we found it in doesn't have anything good to say about Ramon who is a broker and not a craftsman. I suggest you go directly to a real craftsman and cut out the middleman. We still cant get our money back and the guy will not answer his phone.
