I went to check out AG computers to purchase one of their restored laptops as my laptop crashed. When I explained this to one of the associates she told me to bring my laptop in and it likely could be reloaded and restored to working conditions for less $$$. I brought my laptop in and they restored it and saved my files for me within 2 business days. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, they never once made me feel stupid for not knowing a thing about computers!
