We went for the Peterson Inc. grand opening. The chicken was so dry you could hardly cut it. Pork should have be cut down in size before servig as with plastic utensils it was almost impossible to cut. Plus the macaroni salad tasted like it just had mayonnaise on it, and we only got a teapoon of salad dressing for the green salad. The desserts were excellent. The servicing staff needed to look and be more professional.
