I did not have the same experience as the other customers. Yes, the shop is very, very dingy. Yes, it is in a horrible neighborhood and yes, the staff is smoking in the back room. However, as a plus-sized bride, I never felt belittled, judged, or looked down upon by the staff. In fact, the people who helped me were wonderful. Also, the bride who claims that there are no sample sizes for larger women is wrong. There were plenty of sizes for larger women. I currently wear a size 24 and there were dresses for me to try on. Check them out. Don't judge a book by its cover.
