Price gouging. We had two leaky drains. He used plumbers putty on one drain, and caulked the other drain. He replaced a gasket in one tub. Total time: 45min. Total charge: $285. No joke. I was in a hurry as I had to take my mom to the airport, so I wrote the check. I have since called to inquire as to why it cost so much, but I haven't received one response from this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I was told their labor rate was $95/hr, but that clearly is not the case.
