We took our car in after being rear ended to get an estimate. My wife dropped the car off and a couple days later I called for the estimate, They said that they had already ordered parts and were beginning work. I told them no one had authorized the repairs and that there was some discrepencies with the insurance company that needed to be resolved. We decided not to have them repair the car and were handed a bill from them for parts restocking Fee. If you go near there, keep your hand on your wallet and be ultra careful to read the very fine print on all of their paperwork. Sould have known Typical Car Sales Shady practices
