Worst experience i've ever had! Look elsewhere for flowers! Our function was cancelled and they let the flowers (which were already paid for) die instead of delivering them to us. They did not try to contact us to discuss a refund/credit/delivery, even though our flowers were sitting in the shop. We didn't even see half of them. They kept all our money instead and only offered a small refund for delivery charges which was not even close to what we paid. They clearly do not care about their customers! They wouldn't admit it was their mistake nor did the offer an apology. Don't make the same mistake I did and go to someone honest and who cares about their customers. more
