I will *never* take any pets to the Erlanger Pet Resort and Day Spa ever again. Long story short, although we take my dog to a different clinic, he has been up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. He has kidney problems so we have to take him every other month. We had an appointment for a grooming but Julie wouldn't let it happen because she felt like he needed additional shots (which he didn't...); it was just her opinion. While the groomer was telling me to ""Go ahead and bring him back."" because she felt like everything was fine, Julie (an ""office manager"") wouldn't let it happen. With shouts of ""No! Wait."" from the back room and shouting questions to me while she was on the phone, it was a horrible experience. Pets and their owners should NEVER be talked down to. No one should have to listen to an unqualified ""office manager"" shout questions from another room when the groomer and other Vets say the dog is perfectly fine and okay. I've never been in such a rude and unprofessional situation. The only way I'll ever recommend this place is if she leaves or is fired.
