It was great experience. I started in the cafe ordering a lattee and listening to live music, wow that was a treat. I moved on to my stylist and she was very professional. We discussed colors trying to match it to my hair color, to look natural. My hair color turned out wonderful. The whole process was surprisingly quick, since I have a lot of hair. Of course Sue or Sigel are checking to be sure everything is what you want, but they really didn't need to since I can tell it is wonderful.
