Come into the restaurant - only one there (two other people were finishing up their meal) and ordered my meal. About 10 minutes later, I see the cook put my order up.
20 minutes later, they finally call my number (overheard the one gal ask ""Why is this sitting here?"". You guessed it - STONE COLD. Asked them to fix me a meal that was more than room temperature.
Instead of apologizing and fixing me another meal that was more appropriate, I get the ""Well what do you want US to do?"" I replied that I would like either another meal or my money back. This time, I get an attitude from the fat guy behind the counter - ""What is your problem?"". EXCUSE ME!!!!?
So instead of getting my order remade and hot OR getting my money back, I get NOTHING instead.
Bottom Line: $11.00+ dollar cup of mediocre coffee.......
NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS JOINT.
TRY THE WEST SIDE LOCATION - THEY SEEM A LITTLE MORE ON THE BALL.
