Barry Clement Marsh is guilty of perjury, producing altered documents to witnesses & court, acts of perversion and conspiracy. Mr. Marsh has violated a sacred public trust, that of being an officer of the court. Marsh knows the law and should be disbarred and jailed.
He is a threat to the judicial system and deserving of the indignation and contempt of decent society. Mr. Marsh must learn in our society that this wrongful use of our system of justice will not be tolerated.
Marsh recently mentioned he wanted to attach documents to my comments. Edward Hinshaw, ESQ. partner in law firm Hinshaw, Draa, Marsh, Still & Hinshaw was convicted by the State BAR of California. I have attached a copy of Actions Affecting Eligibility to Practice Law.
