But slow down once you arrive, because you'll want to take your time at this classic Monterey restaurant. You could go for a birthday or anniversary but also just because it's Sunday night and you're craving prime rib and don't want to cook. Fresh, fresh seafood beautifully prepared, an amazing, huge wine list and what looked like fantastic steaks--don't eat meat, but these looked and smelled so good I was tempted! It's been in Monterey for quite a while, and someone told me it's one of Clint Eastwood's favorite spots. Dont' miss it!
