I purchased a Groupon for two hours of cleaning services and scheduled them to come help me clean my house before leaving for the summer and subletting. I was really counting on the help.
They no-showed. I called them many times, pleading with them to send someone or call me back. They never returned my calls, not even later that week. I ended up cleaning my house until after midnight before my 5am flight. Needless to say, it added a ton of stress to an already very busy time.
Thankfully, Groupon credited my account.
