Had a transmission ""rebuilt"" by this location back in June of 2009.took them 2 weeks to complete the job. I was then ordered to serve in Iraq for over a year, two months after having the transmission ""replaced"" in my vehicle. it is now a little over 2 years since rebuild. with less than 5000 miles since the work was done. and the transmission is overheating and slipping. called them up to see if they would rectify the situation in any way. and was told its out of warranty.. advised them of my documented military orders putting me overseas for over 12 months. and was again told. it is out of warranty.. BUYER BEWARE. If you enjoy being robbed by all means drop by and say hello, they have a very deceitful smile to offer when you hand them your hard earned money in this lousy economy. Let me also say I am having the entire transmission,converter and a brand new trans cooler installed for less than HALF what I paid these rip off artists. I thought about civil litigation but came to the conclusion that they are not worth more of my time or hard earned money. lesson learned.. Word of mouth goes a long way. I suppose these people do not care about the people that serve them in combat , let alone the average hard working people of this Great Country. Karma is a reality. All I ask is for you the consumer to research your options wisely before doing business with these people.Please do not make the same mistake I did.
