I started training a couple of months ago with Ildiko because I wanted to tone and increase my energy level.
She assessed my body and created a personal exercise regimen that fit me. She's a great coach and her motivation really made the difference in sticking with a consistent and balanced workout program. I am so grateful.
Ildiko also had great tips on nutrition and diet. I recently became a vegetarian and she helped with recipes that really helped satisfy some of my cravings. She introduced me to some vegan cake recipes that even my boyfriend requests.
My energy has skyrocketed and I've never felt better in my life.
