This is a fradulent company running scams on law abiding, tax paying citizens! 1 STAR IS WAY TOO HIGH! (The system doesn't accept zero)

They seem nice and professional at first contact. Will even go as far to schedule and report to your home for ""repairs"", however once you pay the money for their time spent tinkling around your appliance, you will never hear from them again. They will never return any of your calls to report the appliance still doesn't work properly. In my case it was a refrigerator that wasn't getting cold enough. Seems like a simple fix but not for a scam company like Home Appliance!
