I went to Twice As Nice on Wednesday with a friend who wanted a tatto. I told her I had gone to Underground Arts to get the tatto's I have. She did not want to wait until 3 p.m. to get a tatto done. The customer service was horrible! It was not the artist that had the bad customer service. It was the owner's daughter and the mother of the daughter. Business is business no matter what services are rendered. The work was good and the time spent was to long. I'll never refer anyone to them.
