My daughter broke the pin on the arm of her glasses that I bought at JCPenney Optical in West Valley City. I had taken them to JCPenney and they were unhelpful and rude, so I brought the glasses to Shopko Eyecare Center and the staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. They gave me the temporary fix that I needed at no charge when I hadn't even bought the glasses there! Shopko definately has won my business!!!
