I was FORCED to give ONE star, they deserve NOTHING! This place is the worst. The dispatcher is rude, he hangs up the phone on you and does not pick up if you call back!!!! He needs a lesson or two in etiquette and manners. I would love to know who hired this grumpy RUDE disgusting uncouth man, because they have just lost a customer. I know that they probably do not care because apparently there have been complaints about this animal for years and he still works there. Anyone who reads this stay away. There are tons of other car services, that are hospitable and nice. STAY AWAY!!!!!
