I ordered one item, they say I placed two orders. Of course, the one I didn't order arrived but I was charged. Policy states you must contact them first for RA number. Emailed customer service ref return. I received a response basically stating that I placed both orders from my computer. (It was a bustier...why would I need two completely different sizes 40A and 44C). Zero response to multiple emails I have sent more
