End of September 2011 I am vacationing with my family in Southern California. My kids wanted to go to a water park so I went online and purchased 2011 one-time tickets for the whole family. Paid the extra $3 for electronic delivery (???). Later that afternoon my spouse tells me that the park is closed for the season. I call up the customer service telephone and ask why are they selling tickets for 2011 when they have already closed their water parks? I also requested a refund. They were unable to issue a refund and we were told that we can use these tickets the next time we visit southern California. I can assure Knott's Berry crooks & Co. tnat none of my family and friends will get close to their parks. Ever!
