After enough harrassing at the check out line I finally decided to upgrade to executive membership. After much confusion over the rebate you receive I went to customer service and asked to downgrade my membership. The two women behind the counter (one named Mary) laughed in my face when I explained my confusion over the rebate, and then they proceeded to change me back to basic membership, but talked about me amongst themselves, with me standing right in front of them, about how much money I would have received via the next rebate while canceling my executive membershipl! Why did they not explain any of this to ME when I came to the desk in the first place! totally passive aggressive and annoying! Crazy and unacceptable in today's economy!
