Quite shocking I'm not going to lie. When I called I was highly shocked that they were able to have someone come out that Sunday. I had called two other appliances companies, but even though their sites said same day service, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until the following week. Once they came out they diagnosed the problem promptly on my GE refrigerator. I was very satisfied with their professional work ethics and will definitely use them in the future. 2 Thumbs up to them!
