I got assistance quickly without having to make an appointment, my computer was checked in by Tara and she really seems to know Macs, they fixed my bad hard drive quickly and it didnt cost much. I got a rental laptop while mine was being repaired - this is a very personalized place. go here if you want good service. I will buy my next imac there.
